1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GSTInvoice on the web or mobile app, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account, including the users you invite.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus applicable GST. The 7-day free trial needs no card and ends automatically.

4. Your data

You own the invoices, customers and accounts you enter. You can export them at any time while your account is active.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, or use GSTInvoice for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

GSTInvoice helps you prepare GST-compliant documents; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the figures you file with the authorities.
